Selecting an optional consent checkbox constitutes agreement to the media uses described in that policy.
12. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Refund and cancellation terms may vary by service, program, product, or event. The terms displayed during checkout, stated on the event page, included in a proposal, or contained in a separate agreement will govern that purchase.
If no separate refund policy is provided, purchases are generally nonrefundable once services have begun, customized work has been created, digital materials have been delivered, or event expenses have been committed, except where required by law.
If LōKL Marketing cancels an event without providing a replacement date or comparable option, registered participants will generally receive a refund of the amount paid directly to LōKL Marketing.
We are not responsible for transportation, lodging, lost work, or other incidental expenses associated with a postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or canceled event.

Consent
By selecting the photography and media consent checkbox during registration, you voluntarily authorize LōKL Marketing and its authorized representatives to photograph, film, and record you during the event.
Your consent may include the use of your:
* Photograph and likeness
* Video appearance
* Voice and statements
* First name, business name, and professional title
* Painted logo, products, displays, or other materials you voluntarily present at the event
Permitted uses
You authorize LōKL Marketing to use the resulting photographs, video, audio, and related content for legitimate marketing, educational, editorial, and promotional purposes, including:
* LōKL Marketing websites and landing pages
* Social media posts and collaborative posts
* Email campaigns and newsletters
* Digital and printed event promotions
* Presentations, recaps, and reports
* Paid digital advertisements
* Promotion of future LōKL Experiences

Ownership and compensation

Accepting or declining a social media collaboration does not change the other permissions granted through this policy.
Declining photography consent
Agreeing to photography and media use is not required to attend unless photography is an essential and clearly disclosed part of a specific event.
If you do not provide consent, please notify the event team during check-in. We will make reasonable efforts to identify you and avoid capturing or intentionally featuring you. Because events may take place in active group settings, we cannot guarantee that you will never appear incidentally in a wide crowd or background image.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent for future uses by emailing admin@loklmarketing.com with:

* Your request regarding future use
LōKL Marketing will make reasonable efforts to stop using identifiable content in future promotions under its control.
Withdrawal will not ordinarily affect materials that were published, printed, distributed, scheduled, shared by third parties, or incorporated into completed campaigns before the request was received. LōKL Marketing cannot guarantee removal from third-party websites, social platforms, search results, screenshots, or materials outside its control.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian must provide consent before LōKL Marketing intentionally photographs, records, or uses the identifiable likeness or voice of anyone under 18 for promotional purposes.
Third-party photography
